Backcoating

Our backcoating capabilities are virtually limitless. They currently include foam, froth and straight coating of textile substrates composed of any fiber or fiber blend.

Binder selections include acrylic, styrenated acrylic, urethane, SBR and PVC latices.

Custom formulations can be developed by our own "in-house" Chemists for specific applications.

Five plant expansions in our seven year history are evidence of our commitment in being a leader in our industry.

Our current capacity level for backcoating is over 1M yards per week.

Coating widths range from 48" to 98".
